FAQ

Gold Alloys are available in a variety of standard karats. Most commonly seen in yellow gold are:
24k; 22k; 18k; 14k; 10k

Lower alloys have less pure gold, and slightly more of the other metals they are comprised of.
Other alloys such as rose gold or white gold are available in some of these karats, though there are a number of variables that affect what is available and whether or not it is an appropriate choice for you. Exact qualities/quantities of metal combinations for each alloy are trade information.

Gold-Fill is a term that describes jewellery or findings in which there is 5% gold bonded over a base metal. Gold-Filled jewellery is considered lifetime fashion jewellery. It is tarnish-resistant when well cared for, but is expected to darken slightly over time. Over-cleaning of gold-filled jewellery should be avoided.

Gold Vermeil describes jewellery or findings that have are gold-plated over sterling silver.

Gold-Plate is a term that describes jewellery or findings that have 0.05% gold bonded over base metal. Gold-plated jewellery should be avoided if you have sensitivities to base metals such as nickel, copper or brass.

Shipping Policy

Most items in our shop are made-to-order unless specifically labelled "ready to ship". Please allow 6 - 8 weeks from custom design confirmation + payment for custom orders to be created and ready for shipment.

Pearl, Lifestyle + Meditation jewellery created with ready-stocked findings are made to order as well, though processing time is typically 1 - 3 weeks from transaction to shipping.

All items are shipped via registered mail with a tracking number.

Return Policy

Due to the custom + personalized nature of this work,
jewellery + wedding rings are not eligible for refund.

Sale items are also non-refundable.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase of a ready-stocked item, please be in touch immediately after receiving it and we will do our best to resolve your concerns- exchanging it for another design of equal value.

On extremely rare occasions a design may need to be resized or require repair. Please be in touch directly if this is the case so we may address your concerns and take appropriate action immediately.
